Protein Waffle (vegetarian and gluten free)

Upgrade your weekend breakfast at home.

1 waffle: 112 cal | 14g Carbohydrate | 9 G Protein | 2g Fat


What you'll need to make 6 waffles

2 large eggs

150g 0%fat greek yogurt (I used Fage)

60g of unsweetened soy milk

30g vanilla protein powder (I used MyVegan)90g of gluten free flour type blend (I used Mix it from Schar)

1 pinch of salt

cinnamon to taste

butter or coconut oil for the waffle iron


  1. Switch your waffle iron on

  2. Throw everything in a blender until smooth

  3. When your waffle iron is ready, lightly grease all sides just before pouring the batter in

  4. Let the waffle form and cook for 2-4 minutes and repeat


Serve with greek yogurt (to up the protein even further), fresh fruit and a touch of nut butter.
